From Somewhere

Creative, sustainable, fashion label, From Somewhere have been recycling since 1997, with each collection made from luxury designer pre consumer waste.  Working with production off cuts, ends of rolls, swatches and proofs, Orsola de Castro up-cycles high-end fashion textile surplus into beautiful clothes.  Each piece is individually cut from reclaimed fabrics including cashmere, cotton shirting, silk, jersey and tweed.  From Somewhere re-thinks the fashion industry’s waste, reclaiming and up-cycling as a design solution to an environmental problem.

From Somewhere operated from 1997 until May 2016.
