Rebecca Mir Grady
Rebecca Mir Grady is a hand made collection of jewelry from one hundred percent reclaimed precious metals and ethically sources stones. The simple clean lines of her jewelry echo the artistic landscapes of her wanderings through simple geometry. Her minimalistic and wearable designs honor the tradition of hand made jewelry, each bearing the marks of hand finishing and polishing. The twenty-five piece collection features reclaimed sterling silver and 14k gold.
With eight years working as a metal smith, Grady’s eponymous collection echoes her interest in historical wandering, mythology, nature and geometric design. With inspirations from the Appalachian Mountains to Amelia Earhart, the collection has a wearable functionality that merge her creative interests with her metal smith skills. A native of Alaska, and raised in Maine, Grady holds a sculpture and a Visual Arts degree from Illinois and Chicago respectively.
