The URU jewelry collection of hand knotted artisan jewelry takes its inspiration from hand knotted friendship bracelets. The refined macramé bangles are augmented with silver and precious stones, and come in a breathtaking range of colors and textures. Taking more than forty meters of thread to create each bracelet, all bangles are hand crafted in Tanzania, with 10% of all profits going towards the education and welfare of children in the mining areas of Tanzania.
