The brainchild of fiber farmer and designers Ambia Conroy and website designers and developer Efy Tal, Wellmade Jobs is the result of a shared ah-ha moment. The duo met naturally at a fiber shearing retreat, as one does, and became instant BFF’s, who through the building of a friendship, also decided to build a business, and fill a gaping whole by filling the missing link between people looking for meaningful work and employers looking for great people.

With a shared belief that community is the key to positive change, they are building a company that bridges individuals with mission driven businesses with technology. Creating deep connections, the site is about more than getting a paycheck, but about working together with meaning and purpose. Encouraging balance in life, in our relationship with the earth WellMade Jobs believe that small changes add up to huge shifts, and together we can save the planet, once conscious decision at a time.
