Style and Substance

The Style and Substance website is dedicated to not buying any new clothes for a year. Why?  Well following several passionate discussions surrounding the origins of their favorite fashions, they found that they could no longer justify their fondness for the latest fast fashion must have’s.  Becoming more aware of the horrors involved in the producing of fast fashion, not to mention the environmental impact, their discussion evolved into a year long project of going an entire year without purchasing a single new item of clothing.  The blog presents their discoveries, trials and tribulations along the way, as they explore new ways to look stylish, chic and have fun with fashion.
