Eko-Lab Is a collaboration of eco designers based in New York. Organized by designers Melissa Kirgan and Xing-Zhen Chung-Hilyard, a changing roster of designers support the cause of community, design and sustainability. With a philosophy that every person makes an impact with their purchasing choices, Eko-Lab believe that clothes should be fabulous, and made from sustainable materials in a humanitarian environment. Working in collaboration with Ekovaruhuset, an organic and fair trade fashion boutique, their unique collaboration of designers is changing sustainable fashion with unique concepts, intricate hand detailing, eccentric charm and team work.
