Autumn Winter 2010 collection “ribbon Reclaim” is an accessories only collection by Michelle Lowe-Holder.   Marking a big change in direction for the designer, with all the pieces  entirely ethically produced and sampled in the United Kingdom.

As in all Michelle Lowe-Holder collections, inspiration is drawn from hand-crafted details and is translated in a feminine unique and modern way.  The Autumn Winter 2010 collection, uses off-cuts of previous collections and end of line ribbons making the process sustainable.  The pieces are laser cut and hand crochet foundations combined with historical recreate “ribbon art’.  These are enabled with the waste effect modern process of flocking applied to chunky hardware closures.
